Social networking mini-site and widgets
Brief
ID interactive were approached to create a social network mini website and widget to promote the film ‘Man in the Chair’. The widget offers users options to enter competitions, view screening information, the trailer and news about the film and director. The widget needed to be compatible with the latest web specifications to be able to be populated on all the relevant music, film and social websites.
Our Response
From the film’s original artwork and special official photos of the filming ID Interactive created a widget that users could share with friends and view the movie trailer. Users could enter the competition or view screening times and cinemas. The widget was included animation, was fully interactive, and was fully integrated in to the leading social networking sites such as Facebook and mySpace.
